Sweepstakes open to citizens and legal residents of the US, its territories and Canada who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Sweepstakes runs from March 1, 2011 through April 30, 2011. All entries must be received by 5PM PST on April 30, 2011. Odds of winning Grand Prize depends on the total number of eligible entrants via websites, mobile app and 3x5 mail-in entries which is alternative method of entry - see below.

Or, print a white 3x5 card with your name, email and US or Canadian mailing address, your age and complete phone number, and mail to Qvew Bula Me! Fiji SWEEPSTAKES", PO Box 11596, Marina Del Rey, Ca.90295. Only one entry allowed per individual email address. Multiple entries with same email address will be disqualified. All 3x5 card entries must be hand-printed. Illegible, incomplete, machine printed or other-wise mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted.

Qvew, Tourism Fiji and the Participating Sponsors Musket Cove Resort are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by the entrant or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this sweepstakes or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries to this sweepstakes. Nor are they responsible for lost, late, delayed, mutilated, illegible or misdirected entries.

Employees and their direct family members of QVew, Tourism Fiji, Musket Cove and their suppliers and their reps,, distributors, wholesalers, advertising, promotional and judging agencies, licensees, affiliated companies and subsidiaries are ineligible for Sweepstakes Prize.

Sweepstakes Winner will be selected in a random drawing by Marchese Communications Inc (PO Box 11596, Marina Del Rey, CA 90295) from among all of the eligible entries received, on or about April 31, 2011. Winners will be notified within 10 days of drawing. Any Prize notification or Prize returned as undeliverable will result in that Prize being awarded to an alternate winner by random drawing. If a potential winner cannot be reached at the email address or phone number provided on the entry form and/or does not respond to the Sponsor at e-mail: david@marchesecomunications.com (or such other email address as may be provided by Sponsor) within ten (10) days from Sponsor's first attempt to contact him/her, or if he/she is found to be ineligible, or if he/she cannot or does not otherwise comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing.

The Grand Prize sweepstakes winner will receive a 5 night stay for a family of four at award-winning Musket Cove Resort in Fiji. Transportation to Fiji is the responsibility of the Prize winner. Any other expenses or incidental costs not expressly listed herein are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winners and their respective guests. The Grand Prize winners must take the trip between June 15, 2011 and December 31, 2011. Estimated maximum retail value of the Grand Prize is $4,750.00

The Prize winner is responsible for all Federal, state or local taxes related to the Grand Prize. As a condition of entry, all participants agree to be bound by all rules and by the decisions of the judges which are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

Qvew, Tourism Fiji and Musket Cove Resort reserve the right in their sole discretion to substitute any prize with prize of comparable value. Prize is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable.

Arrangements for the fulfillment of the prize will be made by Marchese Communications, Tourism Fiji's Marketing Agency administering this sweepstakes. ANY VIOLATION OF THE OFFICIAL RULES WILL RESULT IN WINNER and GUEST'S DISMISSAL AS A PRIZE WINNER AND FORFEITURE OF SWEEPSKAKES PRIZE, AND ALL PRIVILEGES OF WINNER AND GUEST WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Sweepstakes and any person who does not comply with these Official Rules, will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. THE CALIFORNIA COURTS (STATE AND FEDERAL) SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY CONTROVERSIES REGARDING THE SWEEPSTAKES AND THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA SHALL GOVERN THE SWEEPSTAKES. EACH ENTRANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THOSE COURTS AND HEREBY SUBMITS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THOSE COURTS. If, for reasons beyond the Sponsors' control, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, such as tampering or infection by computer virus, Sponsors at their sole discretion, reserve the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Sweepstakes, without liability.

Entrants agree that Sweepstakes Entities shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance/possession and/or use/misuse of the prize, participation in Sweepstakes, or any technical malfunctions of the telephone network and/or transmission line, computer on-line system, computer database mechanism, computer equipment, hardware, software, or any combination thereof, or any entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), tampered with, garbled, incomplete, misdirected, lost, mutilated, delayed, corrupted, mechanically duplicated, illegible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules.

Entrants also agree that the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to an entrant's or third person's computer or smart phone related to or resulting from Sweepstakes and its prizes. The Sweepstakes Entities are not liable for damage to a user's computer system or smart phone in any way due to an entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or downloading any information in connection with the Sweepstakes, including without limitation any server failure, lost, delayed or corrupted data or other malfunction. The Sponsors reserve the right to modify or cancel the Sweepstakes in the event that it becomes technically corrupted.

The winner and traveling companion agree that the Sponsors or their Sweepstakes representatives shall have no liability in connection with acceptance or use of the prize awarded herein or participation in any prize-related activity. Prize winners must, within ten (10) days of receipt of Prize Notification, sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Release of Liability prior to receipt of Prize. Return of prize, prize notification, affidavit/release as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.

Entry and/or acceptance of prize(s) constitutes permission for the Sponsors and its affiliates to use the winner's name, address (city and state) and/or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including without limitation on-line, unless prohibited by law. The Prize winner will also be required to send a copy of their passport, driver's license or birth certificate as proof of age. Non-compliance may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be chosen. All entries become the property of Qvew, Tourism Fiji and Musket Cove Resort.
